Some time ago I talked to Barrie Collins and the Trustees about the need to find my successor. Now we are ready. Barrie’s successor as Chairman, James Wates CBE, is in place. Hence the announcement I am sending today.
In Tomorrow’s Company we have been working hard on attracting and developing great talent and it is wonderful to be working with a really great team, most recently augmented by Neil Davy as Commercial Director and Tim Johns as Strategic Communications Advisor. You will all be aware by now of the positive impact Laurie Fitzjohn-Sykes has made as Director of Research. We have some great people and I have no doubt that Tomorrow’s Company will continue to go from strength to strength.
I want to emphasise that I will at the end of this process be stepping back and not away from Tomorrow’s Company. Like the rest of the TC community I have an enduring determination to seize the chance we all have to influence businesses to be a force for good in society.
